槟城旺区 - Gurney

新关仔角小贩中心

新关仔角是槟城最有名的美食夜市，每晚5点左右开始营业，超过50个档位。在这里几乎包含了所有槟城的美食，如炒粿条，福建面， 云吞面，淋面 （Lam Mee），沙煲鸡饭 ，鲜鱼，蚝煎 ，沙嗲（ Satay） ，Mc Tucky Fried Chicken （炸鸡,炸鸡屁股，炸鸡皮，炸鱼丸，炸薯条等）， 卤肉 (Lobak)，曼煎糕， 罗惹 (Rojak) ，小點心糕点，Apom， 多种不同种类饮料 （豆水豆花，干蔗水，羅漢果，莫莫查查 ）。

享受完美食后，也可在海边 （Gurney Drive ）旁长长的街道散散步，吹吹海风。

Gurney Plaza （合您广场）

Gurney Plaza （合您广场）是槟城第二大购物广场。 2001年11月开业，Gurney Plaza 拥有超过300家店面。在合您广场的主要租户有Parkson ，Padini ，Popular ， Top Shop , Mango ， Nike ， L'Occitane en Provence, AX Armani Exchange ,Esprit, Dorothy Perkins ,UNIQLO ,Guess ,Bonia ,Calvin Klein Jeans,Coach 等其他国际品牌。这里也有餐饮店如Chicago Ribs ，Dome Café ，Dragon-I ， Kenny Rogers Roasters ，Mr. Teppanyaki ，Black Canyon Restaurant等 。

Gurney Paragon是刚开张不到两年的高级购物广场，在这广场可找到许多时尚品牌和餐饮店，如 SwissWatch Gallery， H&M ， Tumi , Charles N Keith , kate Spade ,Adidas ，Sephora , Victoria Scret , TWG , Sushi Zanmai 等 。 

卧佛寺（Wat Chayamangkalaram）

在槟城Pulau Tikus的缅甸路（Jalan Burma）有两间相对的寺院，立佛寺和卧佛寺。

泰国式释迦卧佛寺是一座金碧辉煌的佛寺。正堂内的卧佛全长33公尺，全身用金箔装饰，是世界第三大的睡佛，最初由泰国人所建，现在由华人负责守护。除了睡佛外，还有十八罗汉像和其他的神像。睡佛寺每天开放让旅客游览。

立佛寺是1803年建立的第一間佛教寺廟。華麗金紅相間的大門外有兩側的莊嚴白象。
